Gopi Pillai (Jhaveri)

Gopi Pillai (Jhaveri)PT, DPT

Gopi Pillai (Jhaveri), PT, DPT, graduated from Stony Brook University with a doctorate in physical therapy. Gopi specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor disorders in men and women as well as pregnancy and postpartum dysfunction. She is active in continuing education, lecturing and community education.

Matthew Iselin

Matthew IselinPT, Cert. MDT

Matthew Iselin, PT, Cert. MDT, graduated with a degree in physical therapy from SUNY Buffalo in 1998. Matt specializes in orthopedic post-operative and post-injury rehabilitation with an interest in biomechanics of the spine and manual therapy. He is also a McKenzie certified practitioner and has lectured for orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists alike on multi-ligament knee dislocations, spine treatment, and other orthopedic topics.

Michael Salvione

Michael SalvionePT, DPT, ATC

Michael graduated from Long Island University with a doctoral degree in physical therapy. Michael has valuable background in orthopedics and sports specific conditions with a bachelors degree in athletic training. He is currently pursuing continuing education with the Institute of Physical Arts manual therapy courses.

Yelena Gremban

Yelena GrembanPT, DPT

Yelena received her doctorate in physical therapy from SUNY Downstate. She has experience treating various neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders including post-operative conditions and those related to sports and pregnancy. Yelena regularly participates in continuing education to expand her manual skills and keeps up to date on developments in the physical therapy community. She is currently working on becoming a certified Pilates Instructor.

Nefatari Ellis – Marin

Nefatari Ellis – MarinPT, DPT, CDT

Nefatari Ellis – Marin has been a physical therapist for 10 years, graduating from Long Island University Doctorate Physical Therapy University in 2006. She has been helping patients rehabilitate with orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal issues. She has been specializing in pelvic physical therapy for 6 years and continues her education at The Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She treats urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and pelvic pain for males and females, as well as pre and post-natal issues.

Alissa Yarkony

Alissa YarkonyPT, MPH

Alissa Yarkony has more than 20 years of experience in the health care field. She graduated from Hunter College with a degree in Physical Therapy in 1996 and received a Master's in Public Health from Columbia University in 2002. Alissa specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor disorders in women as well as pregnancy and postpartum dysfunction. She has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education from well-regarded physical therapy training organizations such as the Institute of Physical Art and The Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is also in the process of getting her certification in health coaching from The Integrative Women's Health Institute.

Lina Armenia

Lina has been working in healthcare office management and medical billing for over 25 years. As our office manager, she functions as the principle support staff acting as a liaison between patients and therapists.

Destiny Boliscar

Destiny Boliscar

Destiny has experience in front desk coordination for the past 5 years and was a PT aide for 2 years prior to that. After working as a PT aide, she became passionate about helping others in the healthcare field. Her goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner. Eventually she wants to open up her own practice where she can devote her time to helping, caring and educating her patients.
